Now that he's a dad, Jake Owen understands the depths of a parent's love. He says, "I get now how my parents love me so much. When you're a kid, you don't understand that. You wonder how your parents could love you as much as they say they do."

Little Pearl seems to be enjoying the benefits of a daddy who's a singer and songwriter. "She likes when I make songs up. Like, 'Our little Pearl, came into this world, on Thanksgiving Day, and she had a lot of hair.'"

Jake wraps up his Summer Never Ends tour on December 15th in his hometown of Vero Beach, Florida.
