The body of a Chicago lottery winner will be exhumed as police continue a homicide investigation after they discovered he was poisoned with cyanide, the medical examiner said Tuesday.
Authorities are trying to determine exactly how 46-year-old Urooj Khan was killed, but have not released the names of any suspects. His death on July 20th was initially thought to be the result of natural causes, but after a relative notified authorities, they probed deeper and determined his was poisoned right before he was about to collect his $425,000 lottery prize.
