Kenny Chesney and Tim McGraw have landed in the number two spot on the Los Angeles Times' annual "Ultimate Top 10" list.

The list, which is based on concert receipts and record sales, estimates that Kenny and Tim raked in a combined $124 million with their Brothers of the Sun tour and music sales. Jason Aldean took sixth place with a $65 million combined payday. Madonna topped the list by bringing in $144 million -- almost all of it from touring.

Taylor Swift had the most music downloads in 2012 -- 216 million in all -- but couldn't crack the Top 10 in earnings.
