Lance Armstrong may have come clean to Oprah, but not everyone is happy about it. Two readers of his book It's Not About the Bike have filed suit against the disgraced cycling champion and his publishers in federal court, saying the book is based on lies.

They're seeking class-action status for the suit on behalf on other disillusioned readers that bought that title and/or another Armstrong book, Every Second Counts, and are asking for refunds for the purchase of the books and other costs.

The suit says, "Defendants knew or should have known these books were works of fiction" and adds that the plaintiffs wouldn't have bought the books had they known "the true facts concerning Armstrong's misconduct."
