If you watch the video, you might want to look away -- Lindsey Vonn was seriously injured in a skiing competition today.
Lindsey lost her balance on a Super G run at the world championships in Austria, took a tumble and apparently tore a ligament in her knee. She had to be airlifted to a hospital. The injury doesn't require immediate surgery, and U.S. skiing officials are debating the merits of flying her home versus having her treated locally.
