The new Kenny Chesney single “Pirate Flag” is out now and already generating a ton of buzz around the Web.

It's USA Today’s Song of the Week, and the music video is already in the can, premiering on AOL Music, The Boot and the Huffington Post Thursday. The Lucky Old Son says, “We were watching the fans blog and tweet about it, and they may like ‘Pirate Flag’ even more than I do. And that’s saying something.”

He adds, “A lot of the ‘babes’ in this video are my friends, girls I know from the island who did the very thing this song is about… This song is all about who we’d be on a perfect day where we just said, ‘Forget about it!’ So, that’s what we tried to capture.”

“Pirate Flag” is the lead single from Kenny’s new album Life on a Rock, which hits stores April 30th. The No Shoes Nation tour kicks off March 16th in Tampa with Eric Church, Eli Young Band and Kacey Musgraves.
