Mindy McCready is being committed to a treatment center for mental health and alcohol abuse evaluation.
A source tells E! Online that she's been drinking a lot to cope with the death of her boyfriend, David Wilson, who died of an apparent suicide last month. Mindy's two children have been removed from her care, and she's expected to spend 21 days in treatment.
