Authorities have upped the ante in their search for suspected cop killer Christopher Dorner to the tune of $1 million. Los Angeles Mayor Anthony Villaraigosa announced the reward, which will be funded through private and public donations, on Sunday at LAPD headquarters.

Meanwhile, the search for Dorner continued on Sunday. Authorities revealed that they found camping gear and weapons inside Dorner's burned-up pickup truck, which they towed from the mountain resort town of Big Bear Lake on Thursday. They're also investigating a taunting phone call made to the father of the woman Dorner is suspected of killing last week and are trying to determine if Dorner or someone posing as him made the call.
