Toby Keith has a lot of fans in Texas -- and among them is Governor Rick Perry, who's making him an honorary Texan.
The designation will be bestowed upon Toby on March 3rd during the Texas Heritage Songwriter's Hall of Fame Weekend. He recently broke attendance records at the San Antonio Stock Show and Rodeo and will be playing the rodeo and livestock show in Houston on February 25th.
