Mindy McCready apparently shot her dog before turning the gun on herself. According to reports, neighbors heard two gunshots on Sunday afternoon before police discovered Mindy and her dog on the front porch of her home in Arkansas.
Last month, Mindy told NBC's Dateline that the dog had retrieved the bullet that killed her boyfriend David Wilson. Wilson's death is still under investigation.
