China's military has secretly been waging war on the U.S. and some other foreign entities with a series of cyber-attacks, according to a report that was released Tuesday.

Alexandria-based security firm Mandiant put together the 60-page study that traces the corporate cyber-espionage to Chinese military facilities, although China has repeatedly denied their military has been engaging in such activity.

Perhaps most troubling is that one apparent victim is Televent, which enables energy suppliers to remotely control their operations.
