For alot of us, a chili day like today, makes us crave well.. Chili! Or maybe pot roast... Something hearty and delicious! There's nothing better than comfort food, right?

Here's a crock pot recipe I snagged from the folks at KRAFT when I was doing my TV show! It is so delicious and sure hits the spot! Slow-Cooker Market-Fresh Pot Roast
This was so tasty!! My husband love it. I did add some mushrooms and thickened the sauce when I removed the meat and veg. Will certainly do this again!!!

What you need
-
1 lb. new potatoes2 cups pearl onions, peeled1 boneless beef chuck or blade roast (2 lb.)1/2 cup KRAFT Classic Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing made with Extra Virgin Olive Oil1/4 cup fat-free reduced-sodium beef broth1/4 cup chopped fresh parsleyNow make it
PLACE all ingredients except parsley in slow cooker; cover with lid.
COOK on LOW 8 to 9 hours (or on HIGH 6 to 7 hours).
TRANSFER meat to cutting board; cut across the grain into thin slices. Place on platter; surround with vegetables. Skim fat from sauce; discard fat. Drizzle sauce over meat and vegetables. Top with parsley.
SERVING SUGGESTION
