How was your weekend?

I was actually supposed to be off to visit the St. Jude Children's Reasearch Hospital in Memphis this past weekend, as we prepare for another awesome Radiothon this year! Sadly however I got the crud! I have no idea where came from (it couldn't be that Joe Friday has been sick since before Christmas now could it?! Grrrr) Man! It knocked me down, tho pretty hard too! You think that's bad… Look what my husband had to deal with... Waking up to THIS every morning, over the last few days:

Quite a pretty picture eh?! Seems like cold flu whatever going around like crazy lately! Our workplace has had more and than a quarter of the people out over the last couple of weeks! What about you? Have you beat the crud? Any secrets you can share is staying healthy this Winter season?
