Mine was filled! From Parties to Play Dates, it was one of those crazy weekends with lots of Memories!
First, joining forces with my friend Chellie Mills from Ch 4, we got a brunch together to kick off our new business venture together! That said, excited about a new enterprise sure... But for me, there's nothing better than throwing a party!

Since it was a brunch, I got throw together what has become my famous "Breakfast Casserole" with all the trimmings. My first attempt at Mimosas too!

Another bit of exciting fun and another first for us this weekend.... Our little boys had a play date with school friends. My mind was blown at how good the report was when we picked them up. Things like they used their manners and actually got along and shared without any kid drama! The only thing, I did notice it looked like a small bomb went off in their little friend's room
My daughter on the other hand got some very well needed alone time with mom and dad! We took her out to dinner and actually focused our attention on her without a screaming two year old, asking for more bread and chocolate milk and 5 year old who has to go to the restroom every 20 minutes! She was so pleased with a relaxed mom and dad all to her self! What a blessing to spend that time with her for us too! I felt so proud when I got to hear her heart and all she chose to share about school, faith and family! Definitely a wonderful memorable evening followed by a few minutes at a sporting goods store to hit the artificial putting green, with our future golfer! Check her out!
